Site upgrade Hi everyone,
We've done a minor site upgrade; please let me know if anything's not working as expected!

BF2 server under new management! Hi everyone,
I've been talking for some time with admins of the AusBF community about turning the server over to them. Smokey suggested the change, and I agreed it was a good idea and followed it through. This to let you all know that the handover is complete.
The main reason for this change is that the server has not been consistently populated for some time. It's been tough getting it started, and overall the admins have moved on with other things in their lives. I agreed with Smokey that the server could do with a new set of admins and a community interested in using it. And so, the decision was made.
I want to thank all the admins, past and present, for their support and hard work. I particularly want to thank Tazzernator, who's done a great job of "keeping the lights on", and adminning the server over the last few months. I would also like to thank Smokey for all the hard work he put in when we first got the server off the ground, and for his ongoing support.
The server is now in the hands of the AusBF community, and I'm looking forward to the server having a new lease on life. Please join the AusBF guys for a round or ten.

Sharp Shooters recruiting now! Want to join a clan that is laid back , treats everyone like a family and never backs down from a fight?
Sharp Shooters is a collection of gamers from Australia and New Zealand that play a variety of online games and have come together under the common goal and purpose of promoting good sportsmanship, fair play and tolerance among the internet gaming community.
They use a rank system within the BF2 Division to encourage and reward their members to this end. Sharp Shooters have a mixture of skill levels, catering for the learner as well as the competitor. They accept both male and female players, of all ages and ethnicity.
Sharp Shooters are an enduring community, founded in 1999, with a proud history and then re-formed as you see them today in March-April 2006. They were a large "Clan" having peaked at 250+ members , although with the reform they are currently sitting at 108 members.

Our BF2 server's IP address has changed Following some complaints about hit reg, I've had our BF2 server moved to another box. The server IP is now 144.140.154.121, port 16967.
